Allergist-immunologists for paediatric, family and multi-speciality clinics and hospitals in Dubai. Dust, food, drug and seasonal allergy, asthma-related cases, eczema and recurrent infections bring families back year after year. We check the DHA licence route, whether the doctor covers children, adults or both, and what testing and immunotherapy your facility can actually support.
Hire a allergist-immunologistLooking for a job?A doctor who finds the real trigger, tests safely, explains avoidance and treatment to parents and adults, and refers to other specialists when the case is not purely allergic.
An allergist-immunologist in Dubai practises under a DHA title, usually Specialist or Consultant, within the specialty of the qualification. Paediatric allergy is a separate question from adult allergy, so we check what the doctor was trained and licensed for.
A paediatrician with an allergy interest and an allergist-immunologist are different licensed profiles. State in the vacancy whether you need children, adults or both, and do not advertise services the doctor's title and the facility do not cover.
| Level | Salary, AED/month |
|---|---|
| Specialist allergist-immunologist | 28,000 - 42,000 |
| Consultant allergist-immunologist | 42,000 - 60,000 |
| Part-time or session-based | fee per session or revenue share |
Market estimate and an orientation range only. Allergists with both paediatric and adult experience, immunotherapy programmes and an active family patient base sit higher. Part-time and revenue-share models are common in smaller clinics.
Besides the salary, the employer covers the work permit and residence visa, medical test, Emirates ID and mandatory health insurance. By UAE law these costs cannot be deducted from the employee's pay.
Exact visa and insurance costs depend on company category, emirate and plan. See the full cost of hiring guide or ask us for a budget for your case.
Market estimate: roughly 28,000 - 42,000 AED per month for a specialist and 42,000 - 60,000 AED for a consultant. In smaller clinics the doctor is often part-time or paid per session, so the monthly total depends on the days and the patient flow.
A GP or a paediatrician can handle simple cases and first-line advice within their own licensed scope. Food and drug allergy work-up, challenge testing and immunotherapy are normally allergist territory, and each depends on the facility's privileges and equipment. If the volume is low, a visiting allergist on fixed days is a common compromise.
