A brow artist works with symmetry and colour, and a single bad shape loses a client. We assess candidates on two models: one natural shape and one lamination with tint.

Practical tip. A brow artist is not a lash technician and not a PMU artist. A lash technician applies lash extensions and lifts, a PMU artist does semi-permanent tattooing of brows, lips and eyeliner, and a brow artist works with the client's own brows without tattoo. Many studios combine brow and lash services in one person; check both separately if you need both. The most common mistakes: hiring from Instagram photos alone without a model assessment, and not testing lamination on a different hair type than the candidate chose.

A brow artist shapes, tints and laminates the client's own brows. A lash technician applies lash extensions and does lash lifts. Our fee is fixed for each role and agreed before the search starts. A 10% prepayment of the fee starts the search, the rest is due once the person has started work. If it does not work out, we find a replacement free of charge within 1 month after the person starts. The employer makes the hiring decision.
