Dental technicians for clinics with an in-house lab and for dental laboratories in Dubai. Crowns, bridges, veneers and implant restorations are only as good as the person who makes them, and remakes cost chair time and patient trust. We help you find and assess technicians by their hands, their digital skills and how they work with doctors. The decision is yours.
Hire a dental technicianLooking for a job?A technician who delivers restorations that fit the first time, works with CAD/CAM and ceramics, and communicates with doctors when a preparation or an impression is not good enough.
The registration route for dental technicians in Dubai depends on the case: on how the lab is licensed, on the technician's qualification and on whether the technician works inside a clinic or in a separate laboratory. We check the route for your set-up before the search starts.
Do not assume that every technician must follow the same route as a doctor or hygienist. Ask the regulator or a licensing consultant to confirm the requirements for your facility, then we align the candidate profile to it.

Market estimate: about 5,000 - 8,000 AED per month for a dental technician, 8,000 - 12,000 AED for a senior ceramist or CAD/CAM specialist, and 12,000 - 18,000 AED for a lab manager. Pay is mostly fixed; the exact number depends on the work type and the lab.
An in-house lab gives faster turnaround, easier adjustments next to the chair and more control over quality, but needs equipment, space and a skilled technician. Outsourcing is cheaper to start and flexible, but turnaround and communication depend on the lab. Many clinics start with a digital in-house set-up for simple restorations and outsource the complex ceramics.
Our fee is fixed for each role and agreed before the search starts. A 10% prepayment of the fee starts the search, the rest is due once the person has started work. If it does not work out, we find a replacement free of charge; the period is set in the contract.
