An endocrinologist in Dubai practises under a DHA title, usually Specialist or Consultant, and only within that title and specialty. The title follows the qualification, its tier and the years of licensed experience, so we read the documents against the requirements before you meet the doctor.
The doctor does not choose the title, the regulator assigns it. A doctor already licensed in Dubai can start faster through a licence transfer. Check the title before the offer, because it affects salary and what you can advertise.

A GP can manage stable, straightforward cases within the scope of the GP licence. An endocrinologist is needed for complex diabetes, thyroid nodules and cancer follow-up, pituitary, adrenal and bone disorders, and for clinics that want to be a referral point. Many weight and wellness clinics start with a GP plus a nutritionist and add an endocrinologist as sessions.
