Besides the salary, the employer covers the work permit and residence visa, medical test, Emirates ID and mandatory health insurance. By UAE law these costs cannot be deducted from the employee's pay.

Market estimate: about 25,000 - 40,000 AED per month for a GM of a single business or small company, 40,000 - 65,000 AED for a multi-site or mid-size company and 65,000 - 100,000+ AED for a group GM or CEO, often with a bonus on profit or targets.
Usually 4-8 weeks from the brief to an accepted offer, plus the candidate's notice period, which is often one to three months for senior roles. Agreeing the GM's authority and the package range before the search shortens it.
Our fee is fixed for each role and agreed before the search starts. A 10% prepayment of the fee starts the search, the rest is due once the person has started work. If it does not work out, we find a replacement free of charge; the period is set in the contract.
