Who processes your data

What we collect

Contact details you give us in a form or messenger: name, phone, e-mail, company
The role or request you describe to us
CVs and supporting files — if you are a candidate and uploaded them yourself
Technical visit data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source including campaign tags

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss the hiring brief
To source candidates and agree a shortlist with you
To perform the contract and keep accounting records
To understand which pages and ads work, and improve the site

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and web analytics, along with the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google tags, to measure ad performance and avoid showing ads to people who already contacted us. These services receive de-identified technical data about the visit. You can block cookies in your browser or adjust ad preferences at Meta and Google.

Who we share it with

Employers — a candidate CV is shared only with the candidate’s consent and only for a specific role
Processors — website hosting, CRM, e-mail and messaging services, analytics and ad platforms, acting on our instructions
Authorities — only where the law requires it

How long we keep it

Employer enquiries: up to 3 years from the last contact. Candidate CVs: up to 2 years, unless deletion is requested earlier. Accounting records: for the periods required by UAE law.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consent or ask for deletion. Write to [email protected] — we reply within 30 days. You can opt out of messages at any time by replying “stop”.

Children

The site and services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version always lives at https://tlnt.ae/en/privacy/.
