Who we help you hire

A radiographer who produces clean images the first time, keeps patients safe and keeps the schedule moving.

What to check before hiring

We check what the radiologist and the inspector will notice first.

1
Licence: active DHA licence as a radiographer, or a DOH or MOHAP licence and the path to transfer it; the category must match the modality you need.
2
Modality experience: years and case volume on each modality: CT and MRI protocols, contrast, mammography; the vendors and equipment they worked on.
3
Practical check: a conversation through real cases with your radiologist: positioning, repeat images, a contrast reaction, a patient who cannot hold still.
4
Visa status: own visa, transferable or new sponsorship; the employer sponsors the work permit and residence visa.

Radiographers are licensed allied health professionals: DHA in Dubai, DOH in Abu Dhabi, MOHAP in the Northern Emirates. The licence for the X-ray equipment and the radiation protection programme belong to the facility and are regulated by FANR, so agree in advance who is the radiation safety contact in your clinic.
