Business analysts for Dubai companies that change their systems and processes: an SME moving from spreadsheets to an ERP, a trading company connecting its warehouse and accounts, a clinic group introducing a new patient system, a bank or fintech partner, a software house that builds for clients. The business analyst turns what people say they want into clear requirements, process maps and test cases, so the system that is delivered fits the way the business works. We assess candidates on a requirements write-up from a deliberately messy brief.
Hire a business analystLooking for a job?A business analyst who asks the questions nobody asked, writes requirements a developer and a finance head both understand and catches gaps before they become change requests.
A good business analyst makes complex things simple on paper. The checks below show whether the person can do that with your kind of process.
Typical hiring mistake: hiring a business analyst when the need is a data analyst, or the other way round. A business analyst defines how processes and systems should work and writes requirements; a data analyst works with numbers, queries and dashboards. Another mistake: expecting the business analyst to also configure the system. That is a CRM administrator or a developer, while the business analyst decides what the configuration must achieve.

If the vendor's consultant is your only source of requirements, the system will follow the vendor's template, not your business. A business analyst on your side writes down how the company really works, checks the vendor's design against it and organises testing with your teams. For a small CRM project a strong project manager may cover it; for an ERP across finance, stock and sales, a dedicated business analyst usually pays for itself.
