Implantologists and oral surgeons for dental clinics and multi-speciality centres in Dubai. Implants are the highest-value treatment in most dental clinics, so one wrong hire shows up in complications, lost consultations and a damaged name. We help you find and assess doctors by their real surgical caseload, planning method and the way they present a complex plan to a patient. The decision is yours.
Hire a implantologistLooking for a job?A surgeon who plans from the scan, places and restores implants predictably, handles bone and sinus work within the scope the regulator allows, and converts an expensive consultation into a treatment plan the patient accepts.
An implantologist in Dubai works as a licensed dentist, and what the doctor may do independently depends on the licensed title and the scope the regulator allows. The licence route sets the start date, so we check it before the interviews.
A general dentist who places implants and a registered specialist can have different permitted scopes. Do not assume it: ask the doctor for the exact licence title and agree the scope in writing. A doctor already licensed in Dubai can start much faster through a licence transfer.

Market estimate, in line with the specialist range on our dentist page. Pay depends on surgical caseload, full-arch experience, a doctor's own patient base and whether the clinic pays a fixed minimum or a share of collections. Clinics often use a fixed minimum, whichever is higher against the share.
Besides the salary, the employer covers the work permit and residence visa, medical test, Emirates ID and mandatory health insurance. By UAE law these costs cannot be deducted from the employee's pay.
Exact visa and insurance costs depend on company category, emirate and plan. See the full cost of hiring guide or ask us for a budget for your case.
Market estimate: about 30,000 - 50,000 AED per month and more for a specialist or oral surgeon, and roughly 25,000 - 35,000 AED for a dentist who focuses on implants. Many clinics combine a fixed minimum with 30-40% of collections, and the real number depends on caseload and the doctor's own patient base.
Ask the doctor to plan a real anonymised case from a CBCT: implant positions, bone and sinus decisions, guide or freehand, restoration plan and what could go wrong. Then ask for the case log with outcomes, how complications were handled and how a consultation is run. Check surgical skill on a model or in a supervised session only within the clinic's protocols.
Our fee is fixed for each role and agreed before the search starts. A 10% prepayment of the fee starts the search, the rest is due once the person has started work. If it does not work out, we find a replacement free of charge; the period is set in the contract.
