Dubai CV format: what employers expect

Put these at the top

• Current location and visa status (own, spouse, transferable, outside UAE)
• Notice period or availability date
• Languages with a real level
• Licence (DHA, DOH, RERA) with number and validity if you have one
• Phone with WhatsApp

Keep it short and clear

• 1-2 pages, newest experience first
• Results, not only duties: clients per day, sales, rebooking rate
• A professional photo is common in the UAE
• For beauty roles: a link to your portfolio

Common mistakes

• No visa status: employers cannot estimate the start date
• Unexplained gaps
• A generic CV for every job
