Our fee is fixed for each role and agreed before the search starts. A 10% prepayment of the fee starts the search, the rest is due once the person has started work. If it does not work out, we find a replacement free of charge; the period is set in the contract. For partners with a regular flow of roles, the terms are set in a partnership agreement.
Yes, we can start the search early. The person is employed by a company licensed in the UAE, either the client's own entity or another legal arrangement the client chooses with its advisers, and that employer arranges the visa. We give a clear checklist of what is needed.
Partner terms are agreed individually and written into the partnership agreement, depending on the number of roles and how we share the work with you.
