How it differs from neighbouring roles. A virtual assistant works remotely and is usually paid for defined tasks and hours. A personal assistant or executive assistant is on site, close to the person, handles errands and travel in the room. A virtual assistant is the right choice for admin, scheduling and research; it is not a replacement for someone who must be physically present at the office, the clinic or the home.

Besides the salary, the employer covers the work permit and residence visa, medical test, Emirates ID and mandatory health insurance. By UAE law these costs cannot be deducted from the employee's pay.

Our fee is fixed for each role and agreed before the search starts. A 10% prepayment of the fee starts the search, the rest is due once the person has started work. If it does not work out, we find a replacement free of charge; the period is set in the contract.
