Hire an office manager in Dubai

Office managers for small and mid-size companies, consultancies, trading firms and clinic back offices in Dubai. A good office manager takes the daily admin off the owner, so we check how candidates organise real work, not only how they present it.

Who we help you hire

An office manager who keeps the office running, the deadlines met and the owner free for the business.

What to check before hiring

We check what the owner will feel in the first month.

1
Practical task: a short exercise built on your office: plan a week of renewals, payments and supplier orders, or tidy a messy document list.
2
Tools: a quick check in Excel or Google Sheets and the accounting or HR software you use.
3
References: a conversation with a previous manager about reliability, discretion and what they handled alone.
4
Visa status: own visa, transferable or new sponsorship; the employer sponsors the work permit and residence visa.

An office manager is not a licensed role. Government transactions with MOHRE, GDRFA and the free zone or DET are usually done by a PRO or a typing centre; decide whether your office manager coordinates them or handles them directly.
