Every guide on TLNT.ae now carries a name who reviews our hiring content, and why it matters

Employers in Dubai use our pages to budget a hire, plan a visa and set a start date. Numbers like that should have a person behind them. From this week every guide on tlnt.ae is signed by Stan, Head of Hiring Department, carries a citation line with a date, and the salary data behind the guides is open for download. Here is what changed and what the review actually checks.

What changed on the site

Three things, all visible on the page itself rather than in a policy somewhere.

Why a name on a hiring guide matters

A hiring guide is not an opinion piece. If it says a registered nurse in a clinic earns 7,000 - 12,000 AED a month, a clinic owner will put that number into a budget. If it says a DHA licence takes a certain number of weeks, someone will promise a start date to a doctor abroad. A named reviewer means one person is accountable for those statements and can be asked where they come from. Readers also ask that question more often now: search engines and AI assistants look for who stands behind a text before they show it, and so do the employers who write to us on WhatsApp.

What the review checks before a guide goes live

Stan heads the hiring department at TLNT.ae. His team agrees the brief with the employer, searches and assesses every finalist and stays in touch until the person starts work. That is the experience the review draws on. Four things are checked on every page.

How the salary index is built, and what you may do with it

The index behind most of our guides covers 155 roles in Dubai with three levels per role: entry, experienced and senior, 465 rows in nine groups from medical and beauty to household, hospitality, finance and tech. The ranges are market estimates by TLNT.ae based on our own searches and offers since 2022 and on candidate salary expectations. Roles added in October 2026 were also cross-checked against public salary sources listed on the index page. The index is updated quarterly; the current edition is Q4 2026.

The full dataset is free to download and reuse with attribution from the press and data page: a CSV in English, a CSV in Russian, a JSON file with metadata at tlnt.ae/data/dubai-salary-index-2026.json and a PDF. The attribution line is TLNT.ae, Dubai Salary Index 2026 (Q4 2026 edition), with a link to the index page.

What a signed guide does not promise

A review makes a page more reliable, not infallible. Salary ranges are estimates for a role and a level, not an offer for a specific person. Licence and visa rules change, and a guide reflects the rules on the date in its citation line, so check the date before you act on it. A guide is also not legal advice; for a contract or a dispute you still need a lawyer. If you see something on our pages that does not match what you were told by DHA, MOHRE or another authority, write to us and we will check it the same day.

How to use this when you are hiring

Start with the role page, for example GP doctor or nanny, for the market range and the steps. Use the cost of hiring guide to see what sits on top of the salary: visa, insurance, accommodation, our fee. Our fee is fixed for each role and agreed before the search starts; a 10% prepayment starts the search and the rest is due once the person has started work. If it does not work out within the period set in the contract, we find a replacement free of charge. Since 2022 we have helped 400+ clinics, salons, companies and families hire, and 1000+ specialists have started work with our help. The decision is always yours.
