What a clinic in Dubai pays a nurse depends on the type of work first: a general clinic, an aesthetic clinic, an IV therapy service or care at home. This guide puts the main nurse roles side by side as market estimates in AED per month, shows what moves the number and what an employer pays on top of the salary.
Talk to usMarket estimate in AED per month for a full-time nurse with an active DHA licence in a private clinic or service in Dubai. Ranges are orientation, not a rate card: the exact figure depends on experience, languages, the facility and the package.

Two nurses with the same experience can sit several thousand dirhams apart because the job is different. These are the usual drivers.
The DHA licence title decides what the person may do in your clinic, and the pay follows the title. A registered nurse has a bachelor degree in nursing and works independently within scope. An assistant nurse holds a nursing diploma and works under the supervision of a registered nurse. An assistant nurse is not a cheaper replacement for an RN: plan the schedule so that a registered nurse is always on duty where the rules require one.
Beyond the clinic type, these points usually decide where a particular nurse sits in the range.
Salary is not the full cost of a nurse. Add these items when you compare candidates and plan the team.
TLNT is a hiring consultancy. For clinics in Dubai we help an employer decide which nurse role the clinic needs, set the package as a market estimate, check the DHA title, BLS and training records and plan the licence route for candidates from abroad. The employer makes the hiring decision, and the visa is arranged by the employer: we provide a step-by-step checklist.
Our fee is fixed for each role and agreed before the search starts. A 10% prepayment of the fee starts the search, the rest is due once the person has started work. If it does not work out, we find a replacement free of charge; the period is set in the contract. Consulting and CRM projects are priced after a free review.

Market estimate: head nurses and nurse managers at about 18,000 - 25,000 AED per month, senior nurse injectors with their own client base at about 14,000 - 20,000 AED often as a fixed base plus commission, and specialised theatre or day-surgery nurses at about 12,000 - 18,000 AED.
It depends on the services and on the current DHA rules for your facility. A registered nurse works independently within scope; an assistant nurse works under registered nurse supervision. Check the rules for each service and decide with your medical director before you plan the schedule.
