Lifestyle managers and personal concierges for high-net-worth individuals and busy families in Dubai. The role is the private side of life done well: travel, restaurants and events, gifts, memberships and clubs, the admin behind property and cars, medical appointments and the hundred small things that otherwise eat the owner's evenings. Unlike a PA, the lifestyle manager rarely touches the business. We assess taste, network, discretion and the ability to deliver on a Friday night, not only to plan.
Hire a lifestyle managerLooking for a job?A lifestyle manager who gets the table, the flight and the specialist appointment when it looks impossible, remembers every preference and never talks about the family outside the house.
Lifestyle manager is not a licensed role. The person will know where the family is, what they spend and whom they see, so the checks are about discretion, references and real delivery.
How it differs from neighbouring roles. A personal assistant covers diary and errands and often some business admin. A family office assistant handles the family's documents, schools and staff with a strong admin component. A house manager runs the home and its staff. The lifestyle manager owns the private calendar of experiences and the admin around it: travel, dining, events, gifts, memberships, cars, property paperwork and appointments. Hire one when the family travels and entertains a lot and the owner wants nothing to do with the arrangements. Common hiring mistakes: hiring a hotel concierge who can book but cannot run a household budget or renewals; hiring someone with a network but no discipline on receipts; no clear line between the lifestyle manager and the house manager, so both wait for the other.

Orientation only, market estimate: pay depends on the family's lifestyle, the travel load, languages and whether the person travels with the family. Total package, basic salary plus allowances; the employer also pays visa, health insurance and gratuity provision. Expenses are reimbursed against receipts; the lifestyle manager should not receive commissions from suppliers.
Besides the salary, the employer covers the work permit and residence visa, medical test, Emirates ID and mandatory health insurance. By UAE law these costs cannot be deducted from the employee's pay.
Exact visa and insurance costs depend on company category, emirate and plan. See the full cost of hiring guide or ask us for a budget for your case.
Orientation, market estimate: about 10,000 - 18,000 AED per month total package for a lifestyle manager or personal concierge, and 18,000 - 25,000 AED for a lifestyle manager to a very wealthy family with frequent travel and events. The employer also pays visa, health insurance and gratuity provision.
A personal assistant looks after one person's diary and errands and often helps with business admin. A lifestyle manager works only on the private side: travel, dining, events, gifts, memberships, cars, property paperwork and appointments for the whole family, with a network of suppliers and a file of preferences. If you need both business and private support in one person, look at the hybrid assistant role.
Our fee is fixed for each role and agreed before the search starts. A 10% prepayment of the fee starts the search, the rest is due once the person has started work. If it does not work out, we find a replacement free of charge; the period is set in the contract.
