Talk to usDHA delegates primary source verification (PSV) to a third-party verification agency, DataFlow Group. Documents are confirmed directly with the body that issued them. A positive PSV result is required before a DHA registration is issued.
Before a candidate pays for DataFlow we review the file for the usual gaps: dates, names, missing letters, translations. For employers we tell you which candidates are already verified and which need weeks. Candidates never pay us: the employer pays the recruitment fee. Recruitment fee: one month's salary of the placed employee, 50% when they start and 50% after probation, with a free replacement within 2 months. Often several weeks, and longer if an issuer is slow to reply. There is no guaranteed deadline, so start as early as possible and warn old employers and your university that a request will come.
The verification could not be completed, for example because the issuer did not respond or documents were missing. Under the DHA manual you can request re-verification of that document twice; fix the cause first.
Not necessarily. DHA accepts PSV reports transferred from DOH, SHA and MOHAP, but it can ask for additional verification, for example for newer experience.
